1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AK Concepts' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

AK Concepts provides event technology solutions including:

• 360° Photobooth services
• 3D Visuals & Animations
• Holographic Content creation and display

3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to:

• Availability of equipment and staff
• Receipt of deposit payment
• Signed service agreement

Cancellation policies:

• 30+ days notice: Full refund minus administrative fee
• 14-29 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: No refund

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by AK Concepts remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

5. Liability

AK Concepts is not liable for:

• Technical failures beyond our control
• Damage caused by event participants
• Loss of data or content after event completion

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
